Under Invoices, you can view how the invoices appear for residents in the app. You can see their payment status, who the invoices belong to, and you can open the PDF/invoice itself. You also have the option to search for a specific person or invoice.
Please note that this view should not be considered an accounts receivable ledger for paid or unpaid amounts. It is a tool for checking how the invoices look in the resident's app.
Paid
Unhandled A payment has been initiated in the app and sent to the bank.
Handled The resident has taken care of the payment of the invoice and has marked it as handled.
Unpaid
Delayed
Cancelled Done by the resident themselves in the app and cannot be managed by the administrator.
