View which residents are connected to the app and access their updated contact details provided during registration.
To find the resident you are looking for, you can search using the following parameters:
- Name
- Phone number
- Address
- Property number (internal + cadastral number)
- Tenant ID
- Contract number
To only view residents belonging to a specific segment, such as a property, click on Filter segment.
Activate or deactivate invoices in the app
It is from the Residents view that you can assist a resident in updating their preference for receiving invoices through the app or not.
Search for the resident in question, click into their profile, and change the toggle labeled Billing outside the app. This will be saved automatically.
